By using Flowsy you agree to these terms. If you use Flowsy on behalf of your organization, your organization’s agreement with us takes precedence over these terms.

Your account

• Create your account with accurate information and do not share your sign-in approvals with anyone.
• We recommend reviewing your linked devices regularly and disconnecting any you don’t recognize.

Acceptable use

You may not use Flowsy for unlawful purposes, to infringe on others’ rights, to harass anyone, or to compromise the security of the service. You may not send unsolicited bulk messages or access the service with unauthorized automated tools.

Content

You are responsible for the content you send. You grant us permission to transmit, store and sync your content across your devices so we can provide the service.

Organization administration

Organization administrators can manage users, roles, departments and workflows. Your organization’s administrator may restrict your account under its own policies.

Changes to the service

We keep improving Flowsy. We may change, add or remove features, and we announce significant changes in advance.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
