Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Flowsy mobile, desktop and web apps. If Flowsy is provided by your organization, its own policies may also apply.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, phone number, email address, profile photo, and your role and department in your organization.
• Content: messages, files, voice messages, polls, and information you enter into workflow forms.
• Call information: call history (with whom, when, for how long).
• Contacts: if you allow contact matching, the phone numbers in your address book, used to find people who use Flowsy.
• Location: only when you share it, and only for the duration of the share.
• Device and usage information: device type, operating system, app version, linked devices and notification tokens.

How we use information

• To deliver messages, calls and notifications, and to sync your chats across your devices.
• To run workflows, assign tasks to the right people and keep process records.
• To protect your account: requiring phone approval for new device sign-ins and detecting abuse.
• When you use Flowsy Assistant, to answer your request using only information you are allowed to access.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored in an encrypted database on mobile devices. Access is limited by the roles and permissions defined by your organization, and administrative actions are written to an audit log.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is shared only with infrastructure providers we work with to run the service, and with authorities when legally required.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account from within the app. After deletion, your data is removed from our systems except where we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under applicable law, including Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to its processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Changes

When we update this policy, we change the date at the top of the page and announce significant changes in the app.
