View media from all chats

In the desktop app and Flowsy Web, the Media section in the left menu shows what’s been shared in all your chats in one place.

1. Open Media from the left menu. If the window is short, the button may be in the More menu.
2. Choose the Media, Documents or Links tab.

From an item’s menu you can Go to message, Reply, Download, Forward, Star and Delete. Go to message opens the chat where the item was shared, at that message. Go to message is also in the top bar of the photo viewer.

Search, filter and bulk actions

• Search: Search by sender, file name or caption.
• Filter and sort: Filter by sender (All, You, Others) and sort by Newest, Oldest or Largest.
• Select: Select several items and Star, Download, Forward or Delete them together. Click Cancel to leave selection.

On the Documents and Links tabs, clicking an item’s name opens the file or link; clicking the caption or the sender goes to the message. You’re asked to confirm before deleting. Press Esc to close the screen.
