Update Flowsy

When a new version is released, Flowsy shows you a New version available notice.

1. Tap Update. The new version is downloaded.
2. Tap Install. The first time, your phone may show an Install permission needed notice; allow Flowsy to install apps.

You can postpone the update by choosing Later. Some versions are required; in that case, an Update required notice appears and you need to update to continue.

iPhone updates come through the App Store (or TestFlight). Open the Flowsy page in the App Store and tap Update, or turn on automatic updates.

The desktop app updates itself automatically. When a new version has been downloaded, an Update ready notice appears; click Restart now to switch to the new version.
