Sign in to Flowsy

You sign in to your Flowsy account with your phone number or e-mail address. There’s no password; each time you sign in, you’re sent a one-time verification code.

Signing in on your phone

1. Open Flowsy and tap Accept and continue.
2. From the tabs at the top, select the phone or e-mail icon.
3. Fill in Enter your phone number or Enter your e-mail address and tap Next.
4. On the Choose how to verify screen, choose where the code is sent:
   • Other device: The code is sent to your other phone where your account is open.
   • E-mail or Receive SMS: The code is sent to the address or number registered to your account.
5. Enter the code you receive.
6. If you’re signing in for the first time, add your name and, optionally, a profile photo.

If your organization allows it, an option to continue with your Google or Microsoft account also appears on the sign-in screen, below the or divider.

On a phone you’ve signed in on before

After you log out, the Welcome back screen appears when you reopen the app. Tap Continue as … to sign in quickly with the same account, or select Use another account.

On a computer and in a browser

You approve sign-ins to the desktop app and Flowsy Web from your phone. For details, see Link a computer or browser.

Note: If your organization provides Flowsy, your account may have been created by your organization. If you can’t sign in, contact your organization’s Flowsy administrator.
