Scheduled processes
For work that repeats every week, you can plan a process to start automatically on set days and times; for example, a weekly stock count every Monday at 09:00. Plans are created in the desktop app and Flowsy Web.
Note: The process screens are currently in Turkish only; the labels on this page are translated.
Create a plan
- In Processes, open the Templates tab and select the template.
- Click Schedule, then choose Add new plan.
- Fill in the plan:
- Plan name
- On behalf of: If you’re in more than one unit, which unit the process starts for; see Units.
- Working days: Weekdays, Every day, Weekend or individual days.
- Start time: The time is in Turkey time (UTC+3).
- Make sure Plan active is on and click Create plan.
You need permission to start that process to create a plan. The Summary line at the bottom of the window shows when the plan will run.
A plan starts in its owner’s name. If the owner no longer has permission to start the process, or their account isn’t active, the plan doesn’t run that time and waits for the next one.
The Schedules tab
The Schedules tab in Processes shows all plans for the processes you can see, on one screen. Active plans are at the top, ordered by their next run; inactive plans are at the bottom.
Each plan shows the process name, days and time, the unit it starts for, the plan’s owner, the Next run and the Last run. Use the search box to find a plan, process or unit, and filter with All, Active, Inactive and My plans.
Manage a plan
- Trigger now: Starts the process right away without waiting for the plan. Anyone who can start the process can use it.
- On/off switch: An inactive plan doesn’t start, even when its time comes.
- Edit and Delete
Only the plan’s owner, or people with permission to manage process runs, can change or delete a plan. Work already started by a deleted plan isn’t affected.
