Process suggestions in chats

In chats where Flowsy AI is on, a suggestion appears above the message field when the conversation calls for a process. For example, while your team talks about buying “3 laptops for the office”, Process suggestion: Purchase Request may appear.

Suggestions only appear in chats where Flowsy AI is on and if you can start processes. Only processes you’re allowed to start are suggested.

Use a suggestion

A short explanation of why it was suggested appears under the suggestion.

• Start: Opens the window to start a process, with the suggested process selected and the job name filled in. Check the details and start it; see Start a process from a chat.
• ×: Dismisses the suggestion.

A suggestion you dismiss or start isn’t shown again in that chat for 24 hours. If you switch to another chat and come back, a suggestion you didn’t dismiss is still there.

When do suggestions appear?

• When a new message arrives in the chat, the last few messages are checked. No suggestion is prepared for very short messages such as “OK”.
• The suggestion only appears on your screen; nothing is sent to the other people in the chat.
• Process suggestions never start a process on their own; starting one is always your decision.

Note: Suggestions are prepared by AI and may not always be right. Before starting, check that the process and the job name are correct.
