Guest meeting link

You can invite people from outside your company to a call in progress. Guests join from their browser without creating an account.

1. During the call, tap More > Meeting link.
2. Tap Invite from outside > Create invite link.
3. Copy or share the link.

Lobby and security

• Guests wait in the lobby. You can let them in one by one with Admit, or all at once with Admit all.
• While Lock meeting is on, new guests can’t join.
• With the Guests can share their screen switch, you can turn guests’ screen sharing on or off.
