Approve new device sign-ins

When someone tries to sign in to your account from a new computer, browser, or phone, a New Device Login request comes to the phone where your account is open. The sign-in doesn’t happen without your approval.

• If it’s you signing in, tap Yes, it’s me.
• If you don’t recognize the sign-in request, tap No, it’s not me. The sign-in is blocked.

The new device shows a Waiting for Approval screen. If no notification reached your phone, you can use the Didn’t receive the approval notification? link on this screen to send a code to your e-mail address.

If you see a sign-in you don’t recognize

1. Reject the request with No, it’s not me.
2. Open You > Connected Devices and, if there’s a device you don’t recognize, log it out; see Log out of a linked device.
3. Don’t share your verification codes with anyone. Flowsy will never ask you for a code.
